Tynisa Williams
Tynisa Williams is a graduate of La’Gaurdia High School of Performing Arts and State University of New York at Purchase College where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Tynisa’s love of dance started at an early age.
Struggling to Reach Target Audience
She began her training at Gloria Jacksons, Theater Of Dance Movement, and Carnegie School of Dance and continued as she pursed training with many professional programs such as Alvin Ailey and Dance Theatre of Harlem, attending summer intensive and year round programs on scholarship.
Tynisa was a member of Dancing Through Barriers Ensemble and an apprentice member of Dance Theater of Harlem’s main company. She has performed at Lincoln Center, as well as toured Europe.
Tynisa has been teaching for over 10 years and specializes in Classical Ballet.
