Andrea Blackwell
Andrea Blackwell holds a MA in Dance Ed from New York University and is a Permanently Certified Dance Educator in the Dept. of Education at Benjamin Cardozo High School.
She began her dance career training in Queens, New York and has studied various styles of dance including but not limited to: Classical Ballet, Graham & Horton techniques.
Andrea has attended and participated in programs such as American Dance Festival, Seven Principals Dance Company, Martha Graham School & Dunham Institute. Andrea has traveled to South Africa as a guest Teaching Artist for OPUS Dance Theater A.R.I.S.E.
South Africa, Guest Choreographer/Instructor for various studios, Artistic Managing Director at InnerVisions Theater Arts Center and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
